In this 90-minute deep-dive session, we’ll take the time to truly understand what’s happening beneath the surface of your physical symptoms—exploring both the physical and emotional layers that may be contributing to imbalance. This isn’t about quick fixes or masking symptoms; it’s about getting to the root cause and creating a clear, supportive plan that helps you move toward a happier, healthier, and more vibrant life.
Together, we’ll map out a tailored approach that works for you. I combine a range of holistic practices—including Dietetics, Herbology, Muscle Response Testing, Homeopathy, Breathwork/Yoga, and Energy Work—to create a balanced, well-rounded healing journey, based entirely on your unique needs.

For returning clients who have seen me within the last 6 months, this 60-minute follow-up session is designed to support you as you move deeper into your healing journey. As your body shifts and evolves, its needs naturally change—and this is our opportunity to check in, fine-tune your protocol, and ensure you’re continuing to move toward balance and well-being.
We’ll revisit your current plan, discuss how you’re feeling, and make thoughtful adjustments to supplements, dietary choices, lifestyle habits and movement practices to align with your body’s current state. It’s also a space to dive into any new symptoms, emotional shifts or challenges that may have surfaced along the way.

EMOTION CODING
Our bodies have an incredible capacity to store emotions—both those we’ve experienced in this lifetime and those passed down through generations, held within our cellular memory. Emotion Coding helps identify where these emotions are stored, when they became part of our subconscious and physical body, and what specific emotions are ready to be released.
Through a combination of breathwork, meditation, trigger point therapy, and somatic release, we create space to let go of emotions that no longer serve you. This process allows you to reconnect with your body, shift long-held patterns, and begin to rewrite how you feel and exist in the world on a deeper, more foundational level.
